This high-purity graphite rod is precision-manufactured using isostatic pressing and high-temperature graphitization (≥2500°C). The product offers excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, high-temperature resistance, and chemical stability, and is widely used in vacuum furnace heating elements, electrolysis electrodes, precision mechanical seals, semiconductor manufacturing, and other fields. A1: For general heating or mechanical applications, select the Standard Grade; for continuous high-temperature and heavy-duty applications, select the High-Density Grade; for semiconductor, electronics, or pharmaceutical applications, select the High-Purity Grade; for oxidizing environments or applications requiring an exceptionally long service life, select the Impregnated Grade. If you are unsure, please provide your operating conditions (temperature, medium, and stress conditions), and our engineers will assist you with product selection free of charge.


Q2: What is the maximum temperature these products can withstand? Are they suitable for high-temperature experiments?

A2: High-purity graphite substrates offer excellent high-temperature resistance and are suitable for various routine high-temperature heating experiments in laboratories. They will not deform, crack, or soften in high-temperature environments and maintain stable performance, making them the preferred consumables for high-temperature experimental operations.

We provide technical guidance on usage. If the breakage is confirmed to be caused by a material defect, we will replace the product free of charge within the warranty period.

Q5: Can you provide export customs clearance documents?

A5: Yes. We hold our own import and export rights and can provide a full set of customs clearance documents, including a Certificate of Origin (CO), MSDS, packing list, and commercial invoice.
