The graphite heating elements inside the vacuum furnace are made of high-purity carbon graphite and are capable of sustained operation at 3000°C in an inert atmosphere. Their low thermal expansion coefficient and high thermal conductivity ensure uniform temperature distribution within the furnace, making them suitable for high-temperature vacuum processes such as metal sintering and ceramic heat treatment.

    A: Although graphite is a brittle material, it has very high compressive strength.
