Graphite Rings

Graphite rings are the most fundamental and critical components in industrial sealing systems. Our graphite ring product line is divided into two main series: flexible graphite rings and carbon graphite rings, designed to meet the demands of various media and operating conditions.

Flexible Graphite Rings: Molded from pure graphite tape, these rings offer excellent flexibility and resilience. They are particularly suitable for static sealing in valves, flanges, and pipelines, are easy to install, and cause minimal wear on shafts or rods.

Carbon Graphite Rings: Manufactured through a high-temperature sintering process, these rings feature a dense structure and high strength. They are primarily used for dynamic sealing in rotating equipment (such as mechanical seal faces and piston rings).

We offer precision machining for various cross-sectional shapes (rectangular, wedge-shaped, L-shaped) and cut configurations (straight cut, beveled cut, lap joint), ensuring that every graphite ring fits perfectly into your equipment’s groove.
